Life Extension…
Have any of you ever heard of life extension? I don’t mean crazy cryogenic life extension, but rather real viable life extension. I have been reading a lot about it lately, and I’m totally into it. I don’t believe I’m going to live forever or anything, but I’ve been taking these vitamins… and I just feel awesome about it. I was reading some stuff online about how the right kind of supplementation has been linked to all kinds of benefits - benefits which I hope to capitalize on. I’ll let you know how it goes… or maybe you’ll just be able to tell when I’m still blogging in a hundred years. 
As for my new dude, things are going great still… but I found out some interesting things about him when I was doing all that search people stuff I do. Seems as if he’s been married more than once… nothing too fishy though otherwise. I didn’t do too much other searching because I figure as long as you can tell there’s no criminal record or anything too weird then it’s just being weird. Instead I went and read up on a few tips on how to locate a person on this person’s blog. I don’t know them, but I wish they did. They give great tips. Speaking of which, this article on finding email addresses online is really helpful for those of you looking to secure some emails. I find that emails aren’t the best way to get in contact usually with old friends or lost relatives though simply because people change their email addresses so frequently these days. Plus… there’s nothing like the rush of hearing and old friend’s voice on the phone after not having heard them for a while. Ok… I’m off to go get some milk. If I don’t have some for my coffee in the morning I’m going to be a very cranky lady.
